The OFA Convention is an outstanding opportunity to hear great speakers, get the latest information on important fair issues, see fantastic performers, visit Service Member booths, and have fun networking with other Fair Board members, staff and volunteers from around the state.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Fair Registration: Print a fair registration form here and return to the OFA office by December 21, 2018.

Service Member and Exhibitor Registration:  Please register online.  Click "register now" below, select all the tickets that apply (please note meals are separate from main registration) and complete the registration process, including payment.

Hotel Reservations: OFA has a special room block at the below discounted rates.  Please call 877-540-7800 before December 8, 2018 to reserve your room.  Make sure to indicate you are with OFA to get the convention rate. 

The Big Party performance: Click here to register for a 15 minute performance at The Big Party on Friday at the State Fairgrounds.  There are opportunities for both stage and strolling performances. 

Hospitality Suites:  NO HOSPITALTIY SUITES will be allowed at the OFA 2019 Convention.  Any guests choosing to allow live music or hospitality gatherings in a hotel room will risk being evicted by the hotel property.

$225.00 Service Member Registration WITH TRADE SHOW EXHIBIT SPACE (includes one exhibit space and conference registration for two representatives. All meals must be purchased separately)

$100.00 One Service Member Registration WITHOUT TRADE SHOW EXHIBIT SPACE (first two conference registrations are $100 per person; more than two are $25 per person. All meals must be purchased separately)

$25.00 Additional Service Member Registration (includes one registration for additional representative. (All meals must be purchased separately)
